ATHLETIC
The futbol team ATHLETIC CLUB DE BILBAO is going to play against FC BARCELONA on may 13th in Mestalla at 10:00pm.The atlhtlic club of bilbao is planning on asking the spanish futbol federacion to play the final in Madrid, instead of in Valencia. This is because there are not enough tickets to see the game in Valencia.Me as a fan of the athletic club hopes that we win eventough fc barcelona ismuch better than as.I'm not going to Valencia, but i'll be watching it in my hometown with my friends.I HOPE WE WIN SO THAT WE CAN GET RID OF OUR REPUTATION OF A BAD TEAM.
Patxi López is the first socialist lehendakari in the history of the basque country. The day he was named lehendakari he said his lehendakaritza was going to be focussed on making agreements and "rehumanizing" the basque population. Patxi López was accorded for lehendakari by the mayority, with the 25 of his deputes and 13 of the PP. He said:
"Me he mantenido bastante tranquilo, aunque he estado al borde (de las lágrimas), ha habido mucha emoción", dijo a los periodistas al salir del pleno. "Hay mucha gente que ha luchado por esto toda su vida".
There are many people who have fought all their lives for this change and at once it has changed!
During the sesion the last basque president, Juan Jose Ibarretxe said he'll refuse from active politics.
Patxi lopez called for ETA and told them that they were not going to be able to get their objectives yet he would do what is in his hands to stop it from happening. He said: "ETA se encuentra en la posición más débil de su historia, por mucho que todavía tenga capacidad de matar".This is a good sign for the basque people.

LAW
I want to study law.
I think law is a good career because it has many advantages. You get to know how to act in different day a day situations.
I am opposing to Deusto where I think will be the best place for me to study. It is close to where i live, it is a great university and has a really good reputation.
I have only opposed for law because although i have studyed the scientific root in high school, i have changed my mind and want to study a humanities career.
Studying law has an obvious appeal to anyone considering a career in the legal profession. a law degree is one of the most well-respected undergraduate qualifications. It opens up a vista of career opportunities quite apart from the practice of law. This is because the study of law improves powers of reasoning, clarity of thought and the ability to analyse and express complicated ideas. Such skills are in demand in a wide variety of areas including commerce and industry, social services, politics, the media and the upper echelons of the public services. The wide career opportunities open to law graduates is evidenced by the fact that only about half the students who study law at British universities choose careers as practising lawyers. A legal education opens more doors than just the practice of law

A user uploading an image can set privacy controls that determine who can view the image. A photo can be flagged as either public or private. Private images are visible by default only to the uploader, but they can also be marked as viewable by friends and/or family. Privacy settings also can be decided by adding photographs from a user's photostream to a "group pool". If a group is private all the members of that group can see the photo. If a group is public the photo becomes public as well. Flickr also provides a "contact list" which can be used to control image access for a specific set of users in a way similar to that of LiveJournal.

carnival!
Carnival is a party where people get dressed up in many silly and different ways.
At carnival people take off their bad points and they'll just be what they want to be.
Carnival is different in many places in the world. There are big huge and dissorganized, or to say it in other words, middle class carnival, such as carnivals in Brazil and there's another part, Carnival in Venice.Everyone see's these carnivals as really high classes carnivals, really important and difficult to get to.
Carnivals in Brazil are the huge carnivals everyone knows about.People dancing all over the place....Carnivals last about a whole week.
Carnivals here in Spain are not that big, we have a party that can last a day but, weekend by weekend, carnival changes places. For example this weekend is Castro and Bilbao's Carnival and next week it´s Algorta's carnival, like this you have the opportunity to got to both of them , taht is great!
This weekend i'll have a great weekend dressed up.I'll be a 11811 GIRL today, friday and tomorrow i'll be a MIMO.
I'll have a great time!
